a vent

Why do people who do not know my child, feel the need to offer him candy when they see him because he "is so cute?"  I mean really!

This has happened twice so far this week and it really makes me wonder.  One of these people even have a kid of their own around the same age.....they should know better then to give a toddler chocolate at 5:30pm at night when we haven't even eaten dinner yet.

What is it about cute little kids what make people want to jack them up on sugar?
